stylish lodging with stellar location
prime location nespresso machine late breakfast
this hotel features a prime location near shopping areas. the room included a nespresso machine and robes. i especially enjoyed the breakfast (it was available until 11:30 am!).
the front desk staff did not have extensive local restaurant recommendations.

the reception staff were very helpful (christina, i believe, was especially attentive). they ensured my stay was nice. i received a warm welcome upon arrival and prompt assistance throughout my time at the hotel.

Acceptable stay, some drawbacks
central location good breakfast helpful staff street noise difficult sleep weekend issue
The location is central to many attractions. The breakfast was quite good with many options. The staff at reception was very helpful with directions and suggestions. I found their assistance useful.
My room was near the street and very noisy at night. Street fights and loud people made it difficult to sleep. The receptionist said weekend noise is normal and did not offer solutions.

helpful staff stylish décor convenient location
I found the staff helpful and always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's design features unique elements such as stylish décor and comfortable seating areas. I also appreciated the location, as it provided easy access to nearby attractions.
The in-room safe was a bit small. It barely accommodated my laptop.

The concierge offered excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Housekeeping ensured the room was super clean each day. They provided prompt attention to any requests. Turndown service included thoughtful touches, such as chocolates on the pillow.

The hotel offered complimentary wifi throughout the building, and it worked without issue. The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There were also several free weights available.

My room included a king-size bed, two separate sinks, and a rainfall shower. The minibar was stocked with a selection of beverages and snacks. It was replenished daily. I found ample closet space.

A decent stay
effective blow dryer prime location flat iron uninformed staff missing towels poor recommendations
The blow dryer really worked well. It was a plus. A flat iron also was provided. The location was prime for getting around to different places.
The front desk staff seemed uninformed. I asked for restaurant recommendations but they just Googled it. The weekend housekeeping missed leaving towels. I had to call to get them.

The breakfast included fresh orange juice and a variety of pastries. The room featured a minibar and a Nespresso machine. The staff provided turn-down service each evening. They also left chocolates on the pillows.
The bathroom lacked counter space. This made organizing toiletries difficult.
