this hotel features a prime location near shopping areas. the room included a nespresso machine and robes. i especially enjoyed the breakfast (it was available until 11:30 am!).
the front desk staff did not have extensive local restaurant recommendations.

the reception staff were very helpful (christina, i believe, was especially attentive). they ensured my stay was nice. i received a warm welcome upon arrival and prompt assistance throughout my time at the hotel.

The location is central to many attractions. The breakfast was quite good with many options. The staff at reception was very helpful with directions and suggestions. I found their assistance useful.
My room was near the street and very noisy at night. Street fights and loud people made it difficult to sleep. The receptionist said weekend noise is normal and did not offer solutions.

I found the staff helpful and always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's design features unique elements such as stylish décor and comfortable seating areas. I also appreciated the location, as it provided easy access to nearby attractions.
The in-room safe was a bit small. It barely accommodated my laptop.

The hotel offered complimentary wifi throughout the building, and it worked without issue. The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There were also several free weights available.

The blow dryer really worked well. It was a plus. A flat iron also was provided. The location was prime for getting around to different places.
The front desk staff seemed uninformed. I asked for restaurant recommendations but they just Googled it. The weekend housekeeping missed leaving towels. I had to call to get them.
